How it works
We’re sure that you’d love your ErgoEdge products as much as we do.
If you do decide that you don’t like it, you can return your purchase and get a full refund.
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Items must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return has to be requested within 15 days (30 days for Capisco and RH Chairs) of your delivery.
- Items that are
customised(e.g. customisedsized desktops) cannot be returned.
- You are responsible for arranging the shipping of the items back to us.
i) either bring it to our warehouse or ii) pay a return shipping fee [$50 for desks, chairs and risers, $25 for accessories].
iii) there will be an additional fee for disassembly ($35) and missing/damaged packaging [$30 each for
work topor desk frame, $10 for accessories].
- We reserve the right to reject the return, or deduct the refund value, should parts be missing, or be in
conditiondifferent from what was shipped.
- Assembly & Installation fees, if rendered, will be excluded from the refund value.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and request for returns.
We will then provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Upon receipt of your returned items, we’d verify that the return meets our conditions, then refund your purchase value to your payment method.
Do expect up to 30 working days for the returns to be verified and reflected in your card statement.
