What is the duration of the warranty?


All our standing desks comes with an industry leading full 3 years warranty by default.
The extended warranty option, if purchased, increases the duration to 7 years.

Models classified under standing desks includes AmpDesk™, MoveDesk™, Elevate™.


All our accessories comes with 3 years warranty.

What is covered under the warranty?

The warranty covers any malfunction resulting from manufacturing defects.


Manufacturing defects in electronics, lifting mechanism, mechanical parts or table frame.

Models classified under standing desks includes AmpDesk™, MoveDesk™, Elevate™.


Manufacturing defects in electronics, mechanical parts, gas spring, joints and usability.


The warranty does not cover any problems resulting from wear and tear, user misuse, improper/unauthorized set-up or modification, or any cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the table.

Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.

*Do note that imperfections occur naturally in wood and are not eligible for warranty. All wood products, regardless of how well it’s cared for, will eventually begin to show age and wear.

What's the warranty process? Do I have to bring it to your service center?

We will replace and deliver replacement parts to you at absolutely no costs.

The ErgoEdge Limited Warranty covers only parts replacement, not labour.

1. Contact us at with your order number and details of your defective products (Images / Videos).

2. Our support will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and identify the defective parts.

3. Replacement for the defective parts will then be shipped to you. Replaced parts will be recollected by ErgoEdge.

4. Our replacement parts designed to be extremely easy to install, with clear written/graphical/video instructions.
*A new unit will be provided if the defect is too complicated to fix through a parts replacement.

Any submission made within the first week of purchase will be replaced for free, after which a labour fee of $60 will be charged thereafter.

What do I do if I want to return my purchase?

We’ve worked really hard to make a desk that you’d love.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the product, please email us at within 7 days of the collection/delivery date.

Title your email with the subject header “AmpDesk Return” with your invoice/receipt number. The request must be made via email only, with date taken in accordance to email received. Calls are strictly not accepted for returns.

Please note that there will be an administration fee of $100 for processing, and that the AmpDesk must be returned in excellent condition with no missing parts in it’s original packaging.

A damage fee of up to 20% may apply if product is not in an acceptable condition.

Points to note

  • ErgoEdge reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
  • Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only.
  • Replacement parts may take 7 days – 3 months subjecting to availability.
  • Replacement parts may vary in colour and texture to the original.
  • Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.
  • This warranty only applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these terms and conditions.
  • Warranty covers parts replacement only. Labour cost of $60 will be borned by customer for the specialist to be onsite.
